Hi, Wife file 125 crpc in madras HC with fake address but our last living is different not a HC juri limit. Same she filed DV and got interim order.now i got stay order in HC for DV. Question: 1. I am christian. Where i file RCR? Already 125 crpc pending in HC so shall i file RCR along with 125 crpc. 2. She is a teacher but saying she is not working anywhere. I have her previous bank statement where the salary credited. This is enough for proof? Regards, John
