Dear sir / madam ,
I have filed conjunal right case against my wife from my native gujarat place,we had served her 2 notice thru my advocate via rpad but it has been returned back later directly from court it has been issued notice twice but its not reaching to her or we are not get proper trace of the notice.
Where she had filed dv and i have to pay every month maintenance and even we have filed peittion in session court for the revision but judge has transferred and matter is kept pending for final agrument.Its waste of time and money where iam handicapped unemployed and surving on my own in pain..
What next action should be taken to get relief.
