I was married in 2011, having 3 and half boy.All soughts of cases are running like divorce,498a and domestic viloence.Divorce case was applied by him.From the time of birth my son is with me.I have applied for maintance for that he applied for custody of my son.Not yet received any peition for that.My son's birth cerficate has the adress of my husband. My name was not inculded in their ration card. Now i want to inculde my son's name in my parent ration card in which my name also was there for school admission process.
Can anyone pls tell me procedure for it.
