whether in section 326 IPC injury approval by radiologist is mandatory. In one of case subordinate court has not consider the medical board report of injury, even one separate doctor has also submitted grevious nature of injury n medical board too. lnvestigeting officer not submitted radiologist report for nature of injury. subordinate court has released the accused. kindly confirm if any rulling of Supreme Court is available in this regard n oblige.
