Racovery agents harrasments

Hi,

If a person after taking a personal loan and paying 12 emi's, he is not able to pay back the loan but tells the bank that they will pay as they are disposing off some assets ans they need some time. Can the bank harras them mentally and physically.

If NO then what actions can be taken against the bank and the recovery agents.

Please this is very very important as we are under immense mental presure because of bank agent harrasing us mentally, immotionally and .........

Dear Mr Puri

You need not to worry from these bank agent,as what ever you have told to bank that should be kept by you in writing or you can send the registerd post to the bank about your request.

And as far as the bank agents are concerend file a police complaint to your sho concerned of the police station of your area and go to consumer court of your concerned area you will get remedy over there.....
