AUCTION NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES
Quotations are invited for disposal of the following condemned vehicle of
Planning Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi by sale on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vehicles can be inspected between 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on any working day
upto 16.05.07. For inspecting the vehicle, Caretaker of the Department may be contacted.
2. The quotation for the condemned vehicle will be received in sealed covers
superscribing “Quotations for Vehicle No. ___________________________
Make______________ Model ______________________ upto 17th May 2007
by 3:00 pm and quotations will be opened on the same day at 4:00 p.m.
1. Earnest money of Rs. 2,000/- only by demand draft in favour of DDO, Planning
Department, is to be deposited separately for each vehicle.
2. The Highest bidder will have to pay the full amount quoted in cash on the spot
and the vehicle is required to be lifted same day.
3. It may also ensure that before taking delivery the successful bidder has to submit
this I.D Proof and two-passport size photograph.
4. The Department reserved the right to reject or accept the bids without assigning
any reason.
