Question on 12(a)

Hi All,

Wife doesn't have any impotency problem but marriage consumation has not happened due to lack of interest by wife on husband and his family.

Can medical evidence of marriage non consumation be used for winning Marriage nullity (12(A)) Case.

sir, this is a good ground for divorce. This falls under cruelty.. S. 13( i-a) of the act.
