Question of survival-legal advice

One of my relatives is detected with non-curable blood cancer and annual medical treatment cost is beyond financial means. No help from employer's side although he is working with Aditya Birla Group for > 20-25 years (self claimed the Best Employer). While managers have stopped his increment for last 4-5 years, they are pressing him for a forced retrenchment ,if he does not tender his resignation. What are the options available with the poor guy? This being Private Sector Company with a substantial public investment, could he file a writ petition to High Court under Article 17 ? Please advise us urgently.

@Querist,

1.Yes,you must file a Writ-petition under article 226 of COI in high court of your judicature.

2.For medical treatments,you can visit government Hosptials where subsidized treatment is offered.One of such hospital is in Lucknow.

Further...{Only if a genuine need arises thereof}

Note-This reply should be taken as per the declaration given in my profile page.

Thanks,

Regards,
