We had filed a civil suit against our builder against the construction of an additional building in our complex. The district court has given the temporary stay judgement under exhibit 5 in our favour. In our suit we had also made the thane municipal corporation a party in the case.
The builder has approached the HC to appeal against the order. However, the main respondent is TMC & not us. I did not understand the logic. I believe the main respondent should have been us.
Please advice.
