I am a law student,,, pursuing LLB... Actually I have a question ... I
request to you plz solve my query as soon as possible.
Q. Aslam, Ashiq, Abid and Adil jointly plan to beat up Mr. X While X was being assaulted his daughter intervened who was molested by Aslam. while retreating from X s house Ashiq picked up a watch. for what offence Aslam, Ashiq Abid and Adil and Adil are liable. support you answer with relevant case laws .
