Denial to receive the summons is not an option. You must accept the same and appear in consequence to the same , else you shall be proceeded against ex parte

Hi Dharmender if you not recieved summons than court will give exparty order and its effect on you and after than you could not protect them

and there if you not recieved summons and back than court will give in local newspaper and its show as you accept it

If the court isues summons  and you don't appear or refuss to appear it may either issue bailable warrant or non bailable arrest warrant dependingon the case.If you appreciate this  answer please click the thank you button on this forum.

jaagtey raho aur bhaagtey raho... agar yahi jeevan me hai to do not accept summon.

police will find you when you need freedom. bura samay bata k nahi aata.

abhi to samay bata raha hai ki time hai sun lo sudhar jao aur court me hajirii dedo.

eezaat k saath bulaya ja raha hai,

warent k baad ghaseet k le jaya jayega. fir bhi nahi gaye to bhagoda ghosit kar k govt of india k rule book k hesaab se balcklist ho jaogey dost.

if u want peace then accept and go for truth and fight.
