Dear Experts ,
I have a query Regarding Serving Legal Notice.
1. If a person to whom Legal notice is served through Registered Acknowledgement at his work place and does not opens its place of business during 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; then post man will be unable to deliver it.
In that case will notice be deemed to be accepted by that person?
2. This notice is being served for correcting Fraud and malpractices adopted in providing services.
Previously a private notice through registered post and many communication through e-mail are served by consumer.
Is serving this notice essential before lodging a complaint in Consumer Forum?
