Very Good Morning to all of you,
Is there any limitation for filing Execution before Civil Judge in District courts Delhi. Suit is decreed in favour of me Under order 37, Summary trial (Recovery of money) CPC on 20th of october 2012 (Around four months ago) ?

Dear sir,
Time limit for Civil suit decree is 12 years from the date of Judgment.
Though i am not a advocate I have got this informaton form one senior advocate so I share this with you

Yes under Art 136 of limitation Act,money decree can be executed within 12 years from the date of decree.

But the Nazir of Civil court says that the limitation for filing execution in money decree is 90 days..I'm confused.

Nazir's version is absolutely wrong.you are attorney and consultant even than beliving Nazir's version and not on law.Art 136 of Limitation Act is very clear read it again .
