Hii ! I have a query regarding criminal Law. The fact of the case is my bike was stolen last year in march 2015 . I registered a FIR immediatly with in 2 hours. Last week I came to know that my bike was already been traced in April 2015(within one month from registering FIR) itself But none of the officer of police neither approach me or inform me regarding my bike. I just wanted to knwo whether there is any section under IPC or any other ACt under which I can File a case on police for their negligence of duty by NOT informing me .
