Whether discharged/expelled/withdrawn from any training /institution or otherwise? Is in this column a student required to mention a college from which they dropped out without giving 1st semester external examinations and without filling exam form for the 1st semester but without any official withdrawal or cancellation being initiated by the student due to no knowledge about it?
