Query probate

Dear experts Is there any possibility to probate an unregistered WILL where the property lies in a non metro jurisdiction... Ex property lies in suburban chennai. Testator do not have movable and non movable assets apart from the above property.... Your advice would be of great help Thank you Regards Siva

Yes registration of a will is not mandatory . Only thing which matters is the statements and stand of the attesting witnesses . In case they are with you and acknowledge placing their signatures over the same , it is valid and hence can be used .
