Query pertaining to stay order

Dear Sir / Madam, My father in law owns a house in his name and his 3 sons are staying in that house. Two of his son building one more floor to the current house for themselves. They are not allowing us to built.Can I get a stay order on the construction that they are doing? or is there any means by which I can halt the ongoing construction? Thanks in advance Trupti.
