My query is that a proprietorship firm (two owners) carring on business since 2002 is being purchased by one partner and other partner is opting out of business on an ongoing business concept and by notarised affidavit.
Is it a conclusive document.Please guide me.We are 3 rd party and and have engaged them for certain assignmnet.
