Query on bar exam latest development:

A law degree from a recognised institute is no longer enough to be a practising lawyer in India as per BCI Rules. After completing law school, one must pass the recently introduced All India Bar Exam as well. But it appears that there is lots of confusion and deadlock over this Bar Exam, as I am told that some State BC like Mumbai is allowing fresh Law graduates to practice in the court for six months and in some States even up to five years. Can someone please comment the latest development on Bar Examination?
