While calculating alimony,judge what and all see,Husband property,income and parents property.Incase if property is having on brother name that also will consider ? Please advise. 2) if doesnt have any property on husband and parents name and (having brother name or sister(married) name) how the alimony will calculate ? Please advise.
Please advise how the alimony will be calculated (parents property also will include?)

While calculating the quantum of alimony only husband's income and property is considered and not his parents or bother-sister's property. The income of the wife, if any, is also taken into account.

alimoney paid as one time compensation to the wife after takeing the husband present income statement and his income from the property he had in his name

Kanoon Andha hota hai Judge Nahin.
If Judge understands that you left job to reduce alimony, then you may end up in paying much more alimony. Don't try to be oversmart in court.
Normally the last salary or income of the husband is considered for calculating alimony (even if he is unemployed at the time of order).
