Hi, I am wotking with pvt ltd company .Its MNC. I am working as branch manager in branch. I have some company procesa under which i have to maintain cash txns at my office company has arranged audit at my branch and he has observed cash accounting not maintained in books and less cash found in office vault. This cash was on field with field staff who has later deposited in office by regular process. But by time auditor left branch and he highlighted less cash found. My manager came for verifying same where he has observed all cash in place and confirmed to management that supportings are in place and nothing inrpoper is happened, but auditor is trying to put me in trouble by putting allegation wrong in nature that branch has peformed malpractices on ground level which is absolutely wrong. This is disturbing me mentally and i am not able to concentrate. suggest if i can go by legal labour law help against this.
