Query about power of attorney

My Mother aged 58 years is a Sole Owner of property in Co-operative Housing Society in Mumbai Suburbs. Her Age dosen't permit her to look in to day to day activities of society.

What Power of Attorney my mother can make which will give me the authority to represent completely as her attorney in society in absence of my mother.

What amount of Stamp paper required for such Power of Attorney

The Power of Attorney needs to be regsitered like sale deed or Notarised

Amit, if problem is so simple, your mother can nominate you as her representative in the society through simple written letter to chairman, to deal with day to day affair of society without POA.
