Query about becoming a trustee in a charitable trust by a go

it will so kind of if anybody can guide me.

my wife wants to register a trust having my name appearing in trust name for cultural purpose and want me to be amongst the trustee.

i am a government servant and come under ccs conduct rule.

plz clarify if i can do this in my name and my wife being the settlor.
