In case of won family case appeals at indian high courts and disposed off
can a stranger in india can apply for copies of won judgements, copis of affidavits, mcd petition, exhibits filed in lower family courts for his guidance in family cases inindia? If possible what is the procedure?

You shuld have some nexus to do so. You have to file an affidavit third parttyi f you have nexus if not then no you cannot apply. But you get on internet many case laws there are many books...why you do you want one paticular family's matters
