Query

Dear members,

One of my friend is having a property in Bangaluru. He and his parents are its owners. Now, due to financial problem they are willing to sell that property. Inorder to execute a proper sale deed the buyer is saying that all the three legal owners of the property has to be present there in Bangaluru. But, my friend due to official constrains (not getting enough holidays)  unable to go to Bangaluru to complete the process of sale.

If my friend gives power of attorney saying that ''I have no objection my parents selling the property on my behalf '' will suffice to complete the sale deed in his absence or he has to be physically present?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.
