i was issued a show cause notice under rule 14 of Chandigarh Estat rules 2007 by a quasi judicial court. The proceedings were conducted under same rule. Whereas the orders were under a diffrent rule,. The proposed action by t he quasi judical authority was not as per the preview of Rule 14. I contested that you can not give orderd under any other rule other then that stipulated in show cause notice. pleeae advise
