Quashment of domestic voilence case

I have filed quashment of domestic voilence case filed by my wife.she has also filed police complaints 3 times and closing report is in my favour. What are chances of quashment.today was my first hearing and court has summons my wife in said case

Any FIR against you ??? If yes then it will quesh in high court

If any FIRs have been filed against you persuant to Domestic violence it can be quahed in HIgh court.

Also under 482 Cr.P.C domestic violence proceedings are malafilde they would be quahsed in High court in a Criminal Revision case.
