Pvt limited company registration

Hello, I want to register private limited company. My client is US based. To perform smooth transaction without any issues with client and local bodies. What all registrations licenses and approval requires to carry out service related business?.Need your valuable advise. Thanks.

To register a Pvt. Ltd. company, at least 2 directors and 2 shareholders are required. The registration process includes obtaining DSC and DIN, reserving the company name, filing the SPICe+ form, and submitting MOA and AOA documents on the MCA portal. if you need a private limited company registration so visit firststartup.in
