Pustaini jameen ka batwara kaise kiya jata hai? maine hometown me nhi rhta hu aur bahar rhta hu, mere family ke logo ne wha pe construction start kar diya hai,
looking for legal opinion kaise property ka batwara kiya ja sakta hai and Construction roka ja sakta hai?

File a suit for partition along with application for temporary injunction.

thank you Vishal, this can be done only from the same district Or we can do this from any district court of same state? is there any online process for this as well?

Hello,

You have to file suit for partition, possession and injunction in civil court. This suit has to be filed where the property situated or any part of property situated.

You have to file a suit for partition and injunction in the competent court of civil jurisdiction of the property. As off now, there are no online procedures, you have to appoint an Advocate who will file the case and represent you in the court on your behalf.
