Purchasing mahada flat

Hello ,

I am planning to purchase Mahada Flat whose 5 year not being completed but I came to know that

as-of now I can purchase this property by doing Power Of Autoney and after 5 year complition I can pay the stam duty registration so can anyone please let me know how effective is this process and 

what are negative points doing this

Rakesh ji u were about the consequences that the document is not valid in eye of law. If u want to hit stone then what happened? Buyer must be aware before the purchase. It is better to consult local lawyer for the same. If u like my suggestion then give THANK on my profile.

This is not a pure litigation issue, but an investment option with risks.  Contact a dependable advocate when you wish to take that risk, which may or may not materialize after 5 years.  No one can predict after five years, when one is not sure what is in store after few minutes in our life.  After contacting your advocate, take decision yourself.

Check up MHADA housing  rules , consult local lawyer and act accordingly.
