Purchasing house in mother's name using my savings from income (after paying due tax)

I am planning to buy a house in my mother's name using my savings from income. This has been my childhood dream to do this for my mother, this will provide her the security of her own home. Also, since I travel overseas frequently I am not always around to manage the property. Will such a purchase get into any issues with Benami laws?

Please advise

Quick Summary
A person wishes to buy a house in their mother's name using their own savings as a gift. They are concerned about potential issues with Benami property laws, especially as they travel frequently. Advice suggests that such a transaction could fall under Benami laws, and recommends including their own name on the sale deed alongside their mother's for clarity and to avoid future complications.

Your siblings will have equal claim on the house.

Thank you, sir. Do not have siblings. Are there any other issues?

You may include your name with your mother's in the sale deed.
