Purchasing auction property

If I buy any auction property through any private bank. If any problems arise in future?

Quick Summary
Purchasing property at auction, especially through a private bank, can present unforeseen challenges. It's crucial to verify that the bank has physical possession of the property. Furthermore, ensure the property isn't subject to any ongoing court attachments. Ignoring these checks can lead to significant problems down the line.

check list
1. Physical possession of property is with bank.
2. Property is attached to any court.
If the physical possession is not with bank never ever buy auction property.
