Dear Experts,
I am staying aborad since last 11 years and I have Permanent residency at Abroad...But still Indian citizen..
I am planning to buy one agricultural land in my name and planning to convert to Industrial plot..
Till date I have not yet filed my income tax..my all bank accounts in India are NRE/NRO and no any residential bank accounts in India....Any purchase in India I have to pay from NRE/NRO account..
My query is that ,
- am I eligible to purchase agricultural land in India as a Indian citizen (staying abroad with permennet residency status)..
- My bank passpoks are linked with Aadhar cand and still can I pay from my NRI bank annont for land purchase?
Kindly suggest..
