Hi all,
I want to buy a flat in pune. I've seen so many flats but most of them are approved by Gram Panchayat and not by District collector. So my question is, Is is legal to buy a flat which is approved by gram panchayat? Is there are future problems in buying such property?

A. First, you have to check as to whether the land has been converted for residential property or not?
B. If the Governement authorized or delegated power to grama panchyath to issue approval towards residential flat then it is fine and to be verified in the Grama Panchayath and generally, government is giving permission for only one acre land. Kindly check with respect to the same by visiting Pune Muncipal Authority.
