Purchased site 30 year before

Hi all,

My father has purchased a site in 1993, now, the daughter of owner is demanding for amount because her sign was not there during registration ( she was major at the time of registration )

Can she lodge case now? Is it possible?

Note: The land was originally purchased by this lady's grand father, i.e, and this lady's father sold it to my father.
