Purchased property on minor name

Can I purchase a Property which was sold by gaurdian (father) in 2003 . And the minor became 33 yr old now. Can he still claim this property.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether an individual can reclaim a property sold by their father as a guardian back in 2003, when they were a minor. The consensus suggests that if the sale was conducted via a registered sale deed by the legal guardian, and potentially with court permission for the minor's benefit, reclaiming the property may be barred by limitation. The original owner is now 33 years old.

It is barred by limitation to reclaim the property which is stated to have been sold in 2003, despite the fact it was sold by his / her father as guardian.as titleholder (now 33 years old).

If the property was sold under registered sale deed by legal guardian then you cannot claim back, the guardian is no doubt a custodian of property but with the permission from court to sell the minors property for his benefit is allowed.
