Purchase part of an individual house

Hi,

I am evaluating a property for purchase, which happens to be the GROUND FLOOR OF AN INDIVIDUAL HOUSE. The property is pretty good, and the owner selling it off is apparently co-operative at the moment.

Before making the final decision, I would like to get an idea of the legal implications of it, that I should take care of. One of the things that I am worried about is, whether there can be any objections from the owner if I want to sell it off at some point in time in future. If yes, whether can I handle those situations while making the purchase deed.

Apart from this, it would be great if the reverred people in the forum can advise/suggest me on some other aspects that I should take care of, before finalizing purchase of this property.

Looking forward to hear from some of you. :)

Regards
