If the property was allotted to them by any welfare scheme to the person belonging to SC and ST community then the sale of same to other community people is restricted.

Its personal property of (sc individaul ) his grand parents lands .gets after his parents death in partion.

It is not that general category persons cannot purchase landed property from SC/ST. There could be restrictions if the property is situated in notified localities and also, when the land is assigned by the Government with conditions as to sale. Please examine.
