Purchase of Industrial Unit

Dear Sir ,

I am in the process of purchasing an industrial unit  ( gala ) in an industrial co-op society  , in resale .

I would like to know wot all documents I will have to look into and the format for sale deed .

Also would like to know what all charges are involved  in sale like stamp duty , registration fee etc and the rates .

Please someone guide me on this
