I have query related to buying farm land in Maharashtra.
We have 18 years old 7/12 which shows my father was farmer and owned the land at that time in Malegaon, dist.-Nashik, Maharashtra. Currently we don't hold any farm land . Still can I use the old 7/12 and purchase farm land in Pune, Maharashtra? Please confirm/guide.
What all additional documents/proofs that I should have OR required for the purchase of farm land.
Please help.
