आप सभी जानकार व्यक्तियों को मेरा नमस्कार, एक कंपनी में ३०० लोग काम कर रहे हैं. आउटसोर्सिंग पर ,सरकारी विभाग में। 1 . कंपनी ने सभी कर्मचारियों से बिना बतायें,एक म्यूच्यूअल एग्रीमेंट 100 रुपए स्टाम्प पेपर पर नोटरी रजिस्टर्ड कर लिया था,जोइनिंग के समय, गवाह के सिग्नेचर के साथ ,सभी के साथ- अलग अलग.,के आप सभी का एक महीने का वेतन.कंपनी के पास नॉन-रिफंडेबल सिक्योरिटी के रूप में जमा रहेगा। 2 . कंपनी दिल्ली प्रदेश कि है और क्योंकि हम सभी उत्तरप्रदेश में काम कर रहें हैं.और काम का लोकेशन भी उत्तरप्रदेश है एग्रीमेंट में ये भी लिखा था,की किसी भी विवाद के स्थिति में। कंपनी के हेड ऑफिस दिल्ली में हे केस कर सकते हो। क्वेरी :- 1 . क्या हमारी एक महीने की सैलरी नहीं मिलेगी। 2. क्या हम अपने लोकेशन पर केस नहीं कर सकते ,अगर हम कर दे तो क्या केस रिजेक्ट हो जायेगा। कृपया उत्तर दे, धन्यवाद्

हम 1986 से हिमाचल प्रदेश मैं किराये पर रह रहे है ,हमारा हिमाचल बोनफिडे सर्टिफिकेट हैं
क्या हम खेती वाली जमीन ,वानिकी के उदेशय से खरीद सकते है,और कितनी।

Application to be submitted to the district collector in your state. As per section 118 of the Tenancy Act, a non-Himachali cannot buy land in Himachal Pradesh. In case you desire to buy land in the state you will have to do so in the following way: You may buy non-agricultural land by seeking permission from the state government.
