Purchase a land in Gujarat.

Hello sir, I m Sangita Karadkar. My father was having agricultural land in Maharastra. B4 1 year he passed away. So land is now on the name of our 4 brother n sisters. We r having 7 12 documents also. Now question is we all r living in Gujarat. So can we purchase agricultural land in Gujarat? You can purchase Agricultural land only if you show that you were also agriculturist or you have your name in ROR.

Every state government have its own rule.

Thanks for you reply. I m having my name on 7-12 document of maharastra agriculture land. So can i purchase agriculture land in gujarat?
