Punjab domicile for married woman

Sir,

I married a Punjab resident in 2019, so do I get domicile of Punjab with immediate effect or do I have to wait for 5 years after my marriage to get domicile of Punjab as it is required in government jobs?

The Punjab Government's domicile certificate qualifying requirements are as follows:

The candidate must reside in Punjab permanently.

women who are married to state residents but may not be state citizens by birth.

sir, the seva kendras here just have two formats for domicile certificate, one is if someone is living in punjab state by birth and the other one is for someone who has been living in the state for more than 5 years. What is the proper procedure sir please provide adequate information.
