Punchnama copy from police station

I want to get panchnama copy from police station for the mobile device submitted by accused for criminal case. But IO declined to give me panchnama copy. Chargesheet is not submitted yet. How can I get punchnama copy from Police station. Is there any rule or IPC SECTION UNDER WHICH I CAN ASK IO TO PROVIDE ME PANCHNAMA COPY?

Under section IPC 65,497,306 IO has taken accused mobile devices and send to FSL for investigation.
but we have doubt accused hv provided other mobile devices than he was using.
so I wNt to know IMEI NO OF MOBILE he was using nd he had submitted to IO. AND MOBILE USED BY ACCUSED AFTER SUBMITTED TO IO.
