Industial Tribunal II Lucknow has signed it award and sent it to the LC in July, 2008 but it is not published so far ? What i can do far this ? What is the law ? for the reddreal of grievance what is the remdy ?

The Labour Department usually takes unusal time in publishing the Award. You have to approach them to expedite it. There is no law on it except a writ petition. Wait for the amendment act which shall empower the industrial court to execute its own Award as a decree.
