Public trust property in tamilnadu sale before 2019.

IN TAMILNADU, THERE IS NO SEPERATE LAW WITH REGARDS TO PUBLIC TRUST. ONLY IN 2020, AN ACT WAS PROPOSED. IN ABSENCE OF SEPERATE LAW, INDIAN TRUSTS ACT 1882 ONLY WILL APPLY FOR PUBLIC TRUST ALSO. SO ANY SALE OF PROPERTY  UPTO 2019 BY A PUBLIC TRUST IN TAMILNADU BASED ON THE POWERS GIVEN IN TRUST DEED AND BOARD RESOLUTIONS IS VALID.

I REQUEST THE RESPECTED FORUM TO GUIDE, WHETHER MY STAND IS CORRECT

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the legal standing of public trust property sales in Tamil Nadu prior to 2019. As there was no specific Public Trust Act in force until 2020, the Indian Trusts Act 1882 applies. Sales conducted before 2019, based on the trust deed and board resolutions, are generally considered valid. The query also touches upon the necessity of obtaining court permission for such sales in the absence of a dedicated law.

sir, exactly i am questioning the need of court permission. in which law, it has been specified that court permission is required for sale of public trust property. Remember the trust and property both in tamilnadu, where there s no public trust act in force,
