( joint charity commissioner has order to sale public roads open spaces of residential layout )
the joint charity commissioner has issued the order of sale of trusts property which is residential layout since 1953 having about 10 plots, one well , 2 public roads , 3 lanes , and court yards and openspace of the layout as a one piece of land totalling .73 hectares . this total area of .73 hectares include all public utilities as said above including power connections lines on the road and street lights as well as municipal water lines and tap connections to all hoses in the said plot.
