I have one query. Suppose one Bank A merges in to Bank B. All the properties of Bank A are also transfered to Bank B. Bank B files eviction petition for eviction of tenants from the premises. Tenants gets stay order from the court.Can Bank B get the premises evicted under Public premises act.Does Bank Fall under Public premises act. If yes what is the procedure for eviction under public premises act.
