Ptcl act

I am planning to buy self earned property from an SC/ST candidate. Will it come under PTCL act??

If the property is granted by the government so here property belongs to sc /st candidate, in this circumstances prohibition of transfer of certain land by the sc/st candidate to any other category candidate completely prohibited........ So self earned property not comes under PTCL act.

The issue involve a local "Karnataka" State law qua prohibition of sale of certain lands, it would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
