my great grand father purchased one property and given to my grand father, my grand father given this to my father and his brother , my grand father died in1975, and my aunty died in 1980. my father and his brother sold half of their shares without taking my signatures.upto the sale the property is in the name of my great grand father.
is my father and his brother have rights to sell without my signatures.
if I filed any partation suit , can I get any right in that, and my aunty children have any rights in that
property.
request you to clarify my doubts

According to Transfer of property act, 1957 son has rights over the property of his father only after the partitio or death of the father.
He can use and dispose of his property according to his will till he is alive .Hence, there is no need for your signature untill it is anywhere mentioned that you are also  partner to this property.
